Whistleblowing

In compliance with Legislative Decree no. 24/ 2023 COLUSSI ERMES S.r.l. applies the Whistleblowing procedure for reporting unlawful conduct and violations, available to co-workers
who wish to report conduct or acts that damage the company interest, which they have discovered in the work environment.
The documentation provides all the information required to complete a report correctly.

We recommend that you read the WHISTLEBLOWING procedure for reporting violations before proceeding with a report. Please note that the procedure must not be used to report grievances or requests of any sort. Its sole aim is to provide co-workers with a tool to help unlawful conduct and violations emerge in compliance with Legislative Decree no. 24/2023.
